Taking an online or audio course.
This is my favourite method, and one that I have personally used for a number of topics. I find that I can work at my own pace, allowing me to use my time to the best. With audio courses I find that repetition is the most important thing to learning, especially with languages. The great thing about audio courses is that you can put a cd or tape in your car when driving to work and the learning almost becomes like osmosis. You don't need to dedicate the time to this, as you are in the car anyway.
Even if you travel to office by bus or train, a walkman or other such gadget will enable you to listen while on the move. Depending on how good your memory is, and how well you grasp the subject at hand, whether learning to speak Spanish or learning basically anything, you can listen to each lesson as often as you need to learn speak Spanish.
